From May 1 – December 31, 2004 and parallel to the publication of the major Colani book the entire oeuvre of Colani, who was born in Berlin in 1928, has gone on public show in the 4,000 sqm Nancy Hall at the Karlsruhe Congress Center. This exhibition presented the most important key works produced by Colani over the last fifty years. The spacious exhibition halls were built in the 1960s as part of the German Federal Horticultural Show and has shown over 1,000 large exhibits, models, design drawings, plans and blueprints.
